1. Agreement to terms
These Terms govern access to the MedArise website and services. Separate executed agreements control client service scope, fees, data processing, support, and other commercial terms.
2. Nature of services and medical disclaimer
MedArise provides administrative healthcare operations technology and services. MedArise is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical decisions remain with the healthcare provider.
3. Intellectual property
The site, software, workflow logic, designs, and related content are owned or licensed by MedArise and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights granted to a client are defined in its service agreement.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for accurate configuration information, credential security, timely review of human exceptions, and compliance with applicable healthcare and billing requirements.
5. Performance information
Illustrative operating views, baseline estimates, and examples are not guaranteed outcomes. Results depend on scope, volume, data quality, systems, rules, and implementation maturity.
